I believe change and healing begin when we share our stories with another person who can hear them without judgment, validate the experience without shame, and provide support and insight without needing to problem-solve.
In my practice, I work with individuals and couples who seek to increase connection, strengthening their relationships with themselves and others. I completed my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Seattle Pacific University, and my therapeutic orientation has been shaped by focusing on systemic theory. I believe relationships and connection are powerful elements, and where we can experience the greatest change.
In addition to treating individuals impacted by depression, anxiety, and life transitions, including women who are experiencing challenges from pregnancy or postpartum mood disorders, I have specialized in treating adults experiencing eating disorders, grief / loss, and issues around spirituality.
I would be happy to discuss your goals for therapy and how I might be able to support you. Please feel free to send me an email to set up a free consultation. I am currently in network with Regence, Aetna, and Cigna.
