Hypnotherapy for Adults

Practice location:

Phone: 971-940-5899.

I specialize in Self-Discovery and the Development of Happiness.

My style with clients is direct, with an emphasis on going into the deeper aspects of self, i.e. the subconscious, for the answers you need. I use a short-term process to help you find the answers to your problems and get on with your life. My main tools to help you do this are visualization, childhood regression, and past-life regression. Our work is collaborative. You are the orchestrator of your life, whether you realize it or not. That’s good news, because it means you can change your life and live it more in line with your true self, and not the false self you created to “get by” in this world.

I received my Certificate in Hypnotherapy from the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy in California in 2015. I also have a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology with emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy, Art Therapy, Body Movement Therapy, Visualization, Self-Interview Therapy, and Holistic Counseling. I have over thirty years experience working with adults in a variety of settings.

Hypnotherapy is effectively used to address these issues and more:
Weight Management
Stress & Life Transitions
Pain Management
Self Esteem
Childhood Trauma
Money Management
Past-Life Discovery

Hypnotherapy sessions are most often 60 to 90 minutes in length. I do not accept insurance but can provide you with a receipt for services that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I also offer a sliding scale based on need. I am happy to answer any questions you have and offer a free 15-minute initial phone consultation. Please call me if you would like more information, or visit my website at
