I’m here to offer you a caring and supportive holistic environment where we can focus on creating balance and integrating mental, physical, spiritual, emotional and relational health together. I believe that each person already has everything they need in order to create a full, rich and meaningful life, but that sometimes a helping hand is beneficial in bringing those elements into harmony. It is my goal to create a safe, non-judgmental place in order to work through the struggles of everyday life and come out stronger on the other side.
In my practice, I use a diverse approach that includes existentialism, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy to create a treatment plan together with my clients. By using these methods and through caring support, I help my clients to embrace individual freedom, find peace and balance in every moment, and meet specific emotional and behavioral goals.
I offer individual counseling to youth and adults, as well as couple and family counseling. My areas of focus include chronic physical pain and fatigue issues, anxiety, and individual empowerment with special emphasis on elevating women.
