I help individuals and couples navigate their relationship to themselves and others in order to attain what they define as healthy. Whether an individual or couples sessions, I can help with anything from general life maintenance and person inquiry to more acute times of distress from anxiety, depression, anger, and overall lack of well-being.
We begin by collaboratively establishing goals to work toward. From there, I utilize the foundational approach of mindfulness and presence to begin exploring the presenting issue in the moment. This joined with the use of neuroscience, psychoeducation, Gestalt, and attachment inform our work together.
Individuals ~ $60/hr / Couples ~ $90/hr
