I strive to provide services for people of varying financial means, I have an income based fixed ratio sliding scale, please inquire.

Have you tried talk therapy and had the hunch there was more to healing that “talking it out?” Are you a professional or personal caretaker in need of healing and support? Are you creative, highly sensitive, or of a diverse lived-experience, seeking a more meaningful approach to change, healing, or recovery?

We all come to crossroads in our lives when we are ready to move beyond the place we are and to come home to ourselves. Together we can work towards your embodied well-being.

I work with a variety of issues through a holistic lens, this means the whole of your existence matters: mind, body, spirit, and community. My approach to the therapeutic process, with individuals and partnerships, is collaborative, creative, experiential, and naturalistic. I use an integrative approach informed by: narrative therapy, somatic psychology, Somatic Experiencing®, evidence based mindfulness, attachment theory, and research related to neurodiversity, interpersonal neurobiology, and trauma. I believe that each person, and relationship, holds within many possibilities toward well-being. I see each as truly being the expert of their life, with a wealth of experience and resources to tap towards the exploration of change, growth, and recovery.

If you decide I am a good fit for you, we will work collaboratively: mindful of your whole experience, guided by bodily awareness, and, honoring of personal lived experiences. Together, we will practice from an intersection of mind-body connection, social justice, mindfulness, creativity, and, overall lived experience.

Please feel free to inquire about your specific needs if you are considering working with me.

My clinical work has come to focus on the following, however, this is not an exhaustive list:

*Professional Caretakers/Emotional Laborers
*Highly Sensitive Persons
*Creativity, neurodiversity, sensory processing, and multiple learning styles
*LGBTQ+: navigating gender and non-traditional relationships
*Navigating & Supporting the Healing of Trauma and Chronic Illness
*Approaching & Maintaining Recovery
*Depression, Anxiety, Body Image struggles, Stress Management
*Non-normative Identities and Sociocultural stressors

I look forward to hearing from you.
