Welcome! I work primarily with adult women and specialize in women’s issues. This includes problems with partners, parenting, careers and families of origin.

I work with my clients to improve the relationships that are the most important to them. Together, we develop tools to help them identify and communicate their triggers and their boundaries.

Are you wondering if we’d work well together? Call or email me to schedule a 20-minute free consult. That will give us a chance to decide if it’s a good fit. After that, we can set up our first appointment.

My standard fee is $110 for a 50-minute session, and I do offer a sliding scale. I am currently not paneled with any insurance companies. I have evening appointments available, both in-person and via telehealth.

I'm a partner to children and adults experiencing struggles with Self-Identity, Depression, Complex Trauma, Behavior, Life Transitions / I am LGBTQIA, Neurodivergent, and Poly friendly. I offer outdoor therapy and use play, art, and sandtray therapy.
