Affordable, Compassionate Therapy for Adults, Young Adults
As a therapist, I wish to honor the difficulties that bring you into counseling while holding the possibility of greater freedom. I see the heart of therapy being the connection we create to support the unfolding of your life.
I work primarily with individuals, addressing the root causes of suffering in your life and exploring ways to cultivate greater acceptance, curiosity and joy. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, feelings of disconnection, loss of meaning, issues of self-worth, difficulties in childhood and relational challenges. I have a special place in my heart for the loss of a pet.
I practice a style of therapy, Gestalt Therapy, that is less talking about problems and more an active exploration of your experience in the world, with the hope of opening untapped resources and insight, so you can flow more freely through your life. I am influenced by Buddhist Psychology.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents and their families. I offer a free, in person, 30 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit together. I believe therapy should be available to everyone and am willing to work within your financial needs. I look forward to hearing from you – please call me at 503-476-4395 or email to: email@example.com.
