Therapy can become a source of hope at any point in our lives. We all desire to belong, be well, live freely, and feel heard. If you and I work together, we will build an alliance and a plan for working toward your goals and wellness together.

My style is strengths-based, warm, casual, and straightforward. I welcome adolescents and adult individuals – especially youth ages 15+.

Focused areas include trauma/PTSD, personal growth, depression, suicide, boundaries and relationships, anxiety, transitioning into adulthood, attachment, and loss/grief. I believe we are at our best when we feel balanced emotionally, physically, spiritually, and socially. My approach and therapy modalities tend toward the following: relational, client-centered, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, values-based (ACT), and motivational interviewing.

I grew up in Idaho and moved to Oregon in 2011. My bachelor’s and master’s degrees are in counseling, and I recently began my Ph.D. in developmental psychology. When I’m not studying, I enjoy time with family and pets, hiking, traveling, playing music, and laughing at funny shows (such as Bones or Friends).

My standard fee for a 50-minute appointment is $80, and I gladly offer sliding scale rates. My availability is during the weekend and evening. I can take cash, check, or card, and I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.

Please feel welcome to contact me by email at or by phone at 503-567-8605 for scheduling or with any questions!
