My approach to therapy is growth and strength oriented, and I have high regard for the depth of change each individual is capable of making in their lives. I believe in working collaboratively with clients in order to help each unique person find new strategies to live the life they envision, uncovering obstacles along the way.

So often our dreams and desires are not recognized due to circumstances such as life trauma. These events require processing with an open and trained professional which can hold space for your individual narrative. My experience has been in the realm of community mental health, and I have been delighted to help a diverse group of clients transition to feeling more empowered while living in a sometimes oppressive world.

I earned a Master’s of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Portland State University in 2016. I also have received specific training in Interpersonal Neurobiology. My graduate program was accredited by the Council on Rehabilitation Education (CORE) as well as the American Counseling Association’s Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP).

Please contact me at 971-706-1000 for a consultation.
