I welcome and affirm who you are as you are and in our sessions hold the gift of attention and curiosity. We get to be curious together about what it means to be you in this world, what that is like for you, and what would be most supportive to you and your desires.
I believe that every person belongs here in this world and holds a gift and a purpose. I love supporting people in connecting with their true nature, their inner guiding light and the deep wisdom that they hold within. I am a depth psychologist by nature and training. The tools and approaches I use help connect us to the wisdom we hold within, as well as the places that are in need of attention and care. I use imagery, mindfulness, somatic therapy, play therapy, presence, attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, curiosity, and whatever inspiration calls for, to access the inner wisdom, and beliefs that are at work under our conscious awareness.
I have worked as a hypnotherapist since 2011. I guide people on visual and somatic journeys into their subconscious mind to find the deep wisdom that resides there. I am continually amazed by how much wisdom, healing potential, and life force we have that remains hidden and unaccessed. I help people access their potential and possibilities. I help people find and claim their desires and then live in the world in the way they desire.
In June of 2018 I began my journey as an LPC Intern. I bring my skills and years of experience as a hypnotherapist as well as the resources and knowledge I have gained through my graduate program and the many other trainings I have done. Some of these trainings include Process Oriented Psychology, NVC, Peer Counseling, Pre and Perinatal Psychology, Energy Work, Reiki, Attachment Theory, Shame Training, Transgender Health, Trauma Informed Care, Play Therapy, Shamanic Journeying, Improv, and Movement classes.
I offer a safe space for all and would like to specifically state that this is a safe space for LGBTTIQQ2SA, POC, and bodies of all shapes, sizes and genders. I am committed to being multiculturally sensitive and to offering trauma informed care.
I look forward to hearing from you!
