As an English/Spanish bilingual therapist I bring fifteen years of mental health experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, stress, self esteem issues, trauma, anger, substance abuse, cultural conflicts, gender roles, crisis, family dynamics, and I use a holistic and humanistic approach.
In my practice, I offer a no-cost face to face or telephone consultation to see if I am the right person to help you get where you want to go.
Welcoming adults, couples, adolescents and families, I specialize in mental health and addictions as well as cultural issues. I hold a Masters degree in Social Work and a Masters degree in Spanish from the Sacramento State University in California.
I moved to the United States from Europe thirty years ago, adjusted to the American way of life and became a citizen. I have a lot of life experience to draw upon, and I am also a teacher and a medical/psychiatric interpreter. I enjoy people, languages and traveling. I look forward to hearing how I might be of help to you.
