I am an advanced-generalist social worker and, as such, employ a dynamic variety of therapeutic approaches that best suit your ever-evolving needs: strengths-based therapy, solution focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, narrative, transpersonal, somatosensory, and mind-body bridging/mindfulness. I work through a holistic, systems-based lens to treat the whole person: mind, body, and spirit within their community systems. I believe my role as a clinician is to offer you a safe, supportive, culturally-sensitive and collaborative environment where I can walk beside you as you discover and define your own potential for healing and creating the life experience you seek.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern Utah University and a Master of Social Work from Utah State University. I am currently a licensed clinical social work intern through the state of Oregon and Washington working towards my full licensure. I am under the supervision of Andrew Rose, LCSW.

The following is a list (though not exhaustive) of my areas of interest, experience, and specialty:

LGBTQIA+ identifying individuals and their partners or families
Gender non-conforming, creative, or exploring individuals including children
Adolescents including those experiencing cognitive, attachment, and developmental disorders
Perinatal Mood Disorders (LGBTQIA inclusive and affirming)
Trauma Informed and Culturally Sensitive care for those that have experienced interpersonal trauma

I strive for accessibility in my practice. My fee is $40 per 50-minute session with a sliding scale option available for those experiencing financial hardship. I offer brief-solution focused counseling (6-20 sessions) or ongoing psychotherapy depending on your needs and desires for your personal journey. Payment is due at time of service and I accept cash or check.

I believe that a successful therapeutic experience starts with a trusting and collaborative relationship between clinician and client. For that reason, I offer a complimentary 25-minute consultation in-person or by phone to determine if I am a good fit for you. To schedule, please call or email me to set up an appointment.

I look forward to hearing from you!
