I work with a variety of issues through a holistic lens, this means the whole of your existence matters: mind, body, spirit, and community. My approach to the therapeutic process, with individuals and partnerships, is collaborative, creative, experiential, and naturalistic. I use an integrative approach informed by: narrative therapy, somatic psychology, Somatic Experiencing®, evidence based mindfulness, attachment theory, and research related to neurodiversity, interpersonal neurobiology, and trauma. I believe that each person, and relationship, holds within many possibilities toward well-being. I see each as truly being the expert of their life, with a wealth of experience and resources to tap towards the exploration of change, growth, and recovery.
If you decide I am a good fit for you, we will work collaboratively: mindful of your whole experience, guided by bodily awareness, and, honoring of personal lived experiences. Together, we will practice from an intersection of mind-body connection, social justice, mindfulness, creativity, and, overall lived experience.
