Therapy is unique to the person, their past experiences, current relationships, and their particular
goals. There is no one way of reaching our desired goals or to conquer a particular struggle. My
practice seeks to work collaboratively with clients to open up options as well as explore the
solutions clients already have but are hidden.
Having completed training in marriage and family therapy, I aim to bring attention to the
relational components of clients’ lives. The therapy process involves bringing awareness to the
relationship you have with yourself and others. I am committed to helping clients as they seek to
work towards meaningful change on a variety of concerns including: infidelity, anxiety,
depression, bi-polar disorder and parenting.
For 12 years, I supported seniors and their families as they adjusted to challenges of aging and
chronic illness. When one person in the family becomes ill, the family system is impacted.
Specialized training in medical family therapy allows me the opportunity to attune to biological,
psychological, social, and spiritual elements of the whole person. Therapy can create a safe space
to express feelings and navigate the changes illness can bring to the person, caregivers, and
