Personality and Therapeutic Style ~
People often describe me as grounded, thoughtful, creative, kind, funny, sincere, present, caring, trustworthy, non-judgemental, friendly. Therapeutically, I’ll work with you at your pace, learning as much as you’re willing, able and comfortable sharing about your life experience, and together we will explore, learn, and develop tools and techniques to help you achieve your therapeutic goals and improve your quality of life!
I have over 20 years experience providing social work services in the following areas: communication, trauma, adolescent issues, fragmented families, stress, anxiety, depression, conflic, domestic violence, adult and childhood victims of sexual abuse, self esteem, suicide, bullying, life transitions, personal growth, crisis, death and bereavement, couples issues, problems in the workplace, adolescent behavioral issues, families involved with DHS/CPS, attachment, Veterans, parenting, chronic and/or terminal illness. I seek out and engage some degree of continuing education and training DAILY, helping me grow as an individual and as a clinician.

*Some insurance policies do not pay for “out-of-office” therapy. I’m happy to explore any of the above options with you if you’re interested!
